We have worked with Aire Logic for the last 8 months, having engaged them to support us on a highly unstable but mission critical platform that the company who had built the system, had to step away from at immediate notice. The system was highly unstable and Aire Logic spent as much time as was needed to understand the build, improve the stability and liaise with our on site team to proffer us the best support service they could.
It was a very stressful time, and they worked collaboratively and engagingly with us ensuring the dialogue was frequent and honest to get us to a safe place in terms of the application stability. & months later from that point we have a much more stable system, and an excellent relationship with Aire Logic.
The Clinicians have reported they feel more assured now that the system will stay working – we were considering reverting to paper at one point. We are also working with Aire Logic to see if there are any development opportunities for the system whilst we look at our options to replace it.
We have always found Aire Logic responsive and collaborative. They share the issues with us and always work well with our on site team. They have supported us 24/7 – and have done an excellent and highly professional job. The vfm element of our contract reflects the complexity of the system and the instant nature we asked Aire Logic to stand up a team to support us.
