Talent call
Talent call
If we think you’re a good fit, our talent team will give you a call to get to know you better. This call lasts around 30 minutes. We’ll go over your CV, dive into your skills and experience, and chat about what you’re looking for in your next role. It’s also a great chance for you to ask any questions about Aire Logic and get a feel for who we are.
Interviews
Generally, our interview process has 2 stages. However, it does depend on the type of role you are applying for.
The first interview will be with 2 members of the Aire Logic team. This will typically involve someone from the client or project you’ve applied for. If you pass the first stage, we’ll move on to the second interview, with 2 more team members including one of our Directors or a senior member of our operations team.
Our interviews might be a bit different from what you’re used to. We keep things informal and conversational to make the experience more enjoyable and to help you shine. We’re eager to learn about your skills and what you can bring to Aire Logic, but it’s also your chance to get to know us and ask about what it’s like to work here.
