We are on the lookout for an Account Manager to come join us here at Aire Logic.
Responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Clearly communicate the progress of delivery in the service reviews to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow new opportunities.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Monitor account health and provide regular performance reports.
- Be responsible for risk management in relation to any client accounts.
- Contribute to bids and tenders, alongside our Bids team.
- Be the point of escalation for our Principal Consultants.
- Proven experience in account management, client success, or partnership roles—preferably within the healthcare, or public sector environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled at identifying client needs and aligning solutions to drive long-term value and satisfaction.
- Comfortable working with data and KPIs to generate insights, track progress, and inform strategic decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset. ● High level of IT literacy and comfort working with digital tools/platforms, CRMs and reporting dashboards.
