We are on the lookout for a Business Analyst to come join us here at Aire Logic. .
Responsibilities will include:
- Work with stakeholders to understand and document business objectives, requirements and processes
- Analyse business operations and identify opportunities for improvement
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams
- Develop and present reports, dashboards and visualisations using tools like Excel, Power BI or Tableau
- Support project managers in planning, execution and delivery of initiatives
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support
- Conduct market and competitor analysis as needed
- Create and maintain documentation, including workflows, process maps and business cases
Skills/Attributes/Experience
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a business analysis or related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL and data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with business process modelling and requirements gathering techniques
- Experience in Agile or Scrum environments
