Our commitment to sustainability
We take environmental responsibility seriously. Through innovative policies, green investments, and staff engagement, we’re reducing our carbon footprint and working towards net zero carbon emissions.
Renewable energy and green investment
Our offices run on 100% renewable energy, and we’ve invested in solar and wind farms. These initiatives will produce enough electricity to power our offices for 40 years.
Reducing waste and going paperless
Conducting a waste audit and improved recycling to make sustainable choices easier for our team. Since 2010, we’ve followed a paperless policy, using Google’s G Suite and cloud storage for collaboration.
Empowering colleagues to take climate action
Our Green Guild leads sustainability initiatives, from planting over 5,000 trees to creating wildlife habitats to support biodiversity. We also conduct annual staff surveys to track and improve commuting and home-working energy efficiency.
Sustainable technology and circular economy
Providing colleagues with refurbished laptops as a greener alternative, cutting 0.6 tonnes of CO₂ emissions for every 2 laptops used over 3 years. We also invest in reforestation and biodiversity projects instead of offering new starters company swag.
Sustainable travel and remote working
Reducing commuting emissions, office energy and supporting green travel:
